Working with you

As a small business, the number of dogs we can place on all walks, day boarding and activity sessions are limited. They also need careful planning to ensure that the social and exercise levels suit the dogs involved; therefore I would be most grateful if you could, wherever possible, give me notice in advance of your holiday plans; this would also give me time to  re-allocate your space to another person whilst you are away.


Terms of business

I hope you will agree that I try to be flexible and  accommodate changes and last minute requests; however I'm afraid I cannot financially bear the costs of cancellations as I am unable to fill spaces at the last moment and as with any business, late payments impact on cash flow considerably; therefore the following terms are in place simply to clarify our professional relationship and not meant in any way to offend.


Cancellation policy

48hours notice is required – failure to notify within this period will incur full charge being invoiced.


Payment terms

All invoices/charges to be paid within 14 days of date of invoice.

Payments outside 14 days  will incur an administration fee of £25 to cover the cost of recovering overdue accounts.

 

Bank Holiday's and Weekends

Unfortuntely I do not work Bank Holiday's or weekends.


Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
