Meet the team

As a certified dog trainer and behaviourist, I have completed formal education and training to provide the best possible care for your dog. This includes:

An Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management (distinction)

 A five day training, instructing and Handling course, with one of the World's most respected dog trainers, the late John Rogerson

 I have attended 'The Dog Partnership Course' in Italy with Angela Stockdale 

 I am also a certified canine first responder. 

 I am also a Certified UK Trusted Trainer for Therapy Dog Training UK 

On top of this,  I am a UK Tracking Dog assessor, and also a Therapy Dog UK Assessor, and Assistance Dog assessor for TDUK.

 I grew up with dogs and have owned, trained and competed my own dogs for the last thirty years, enjoying working trials, tracking, scent work and rally obedience with them.

 I have competed in working trials with Brooke up to TD Open, gaining a first place, as well as having 2 qualified UK tracking dog's. 

As a certified dog trainer and behaviourist, I have completed formal education and training to provide the best possible care for your dog. This includes:

 An honours degree at Plymouth University where she studied Animal Science (Behaviour and Welfare) 

  Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management gaining a distinction 

 A 5 day Training, Instructing and Handling course with John Rogerson 

 A 20 day course for dog trainers and behaviourists in India, again with John Rogerson. These courses have involved practical, hands on experience with one of the top trainer's/behaviourist's.

 Certified canine first responder  

 an A grade on completion of her work for Canine Health Concern. 

 Rachel is currently enjoying gundog training with Gunner,  as well as dog showing at open and champ level. She has competed for many years in KC agility up to grade 5, as well as Scentwork UK, and Rally obedience.
