Cancellation policy

48hours notice is required on one to one sessions– failure to notify within this period will incur full charge being invoiced.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.

Bank Holiday's and Weekends

Unfortuntely, I do not work Bank Holiday's or weekends, so please excuse us if there is a delay in getting back to you. We are often away competing.

Classes

Classes are to be paid in full by the first session. Refunds will not be given to dogs who are sick, inured, or have come into season. Nor will refunds be given to dog’s who are aggressive.
