Beginners

This is a course focused on having a well behaved dog, but also doing fun training exercises with them, without the pressure of a test at the end. This is the next stage on from puppy foundation. Also suitable for beginners and dogs new to training. This is a good course to do before starting the KC Bronze award, or for anyone wanting to start doing some training with their dog, in a fun and relaxed course. Suitable for Dogs from 5 months of age - We do take younger providing they have completed puppy training.

Things we cover include:

Recall games, loose lead walking, heelwork, toy play, Wait. Stay. Hold & give, positions, focus around other dogs/distractions, plus more

The course lasts 5 weeks (5 sessions) and costs £85. Two trainers in each class

Dogs must be friendly with dogs and people, and non-reactive. They must be suitable to work in a group environment. If they are reactive you may be asked to leave.
